Y'all I've been MIA! I'm so sorry! 

I ran the race this Saturday AM and twisted my ankle ... 

Then was stranded on the couch with NO INTERNET!

Ok so stranded may be a little bit of an exaggeration ... I had my fabulous family taking care of me!

I'm back now though {and only a LITTLE hobbly still}! :) 

And it's time for me to share what's on our menu ... 

~ Monday: Take-out {ankle still sore, so I'm taking full advantage of getting takeout one more night!}

~ Tuesday: Turkey Burgers & Sweet Potato Fries 

~ Wednesday: Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes

~ Thursday: Spaghetti with Bolognese 

~ Friday: Meatloaf Samis

~ Saturday: Dinner with friends! :) 

~ Sunday: Beer Can Chicken 

So that's what we're having this week!

friday fancying. {trail race}

Well, I must admit this has got to be the MOST different of Friday's Fancies I've done ... 

There are no fancy clothes, no sparkles, no 5 inch heels ... 

This week it's ALL ABOUT Trail Racing! 

Oh, Why you ask? 

Tomorrow yours truly will be running an Trail Race ... 

It should be fun ... 

Although I'm SUCH  clutz, I'm hoping not to trip over a tree root and break my leg! :) 

So here's what I'll be wearing tomorrow ... 

As for tonight, I'll be in PJ's after a good pasta dinner 

{any excuse for 'carb loading' and this girl is IN!} ...

As I've been writing about mine & B's story...
I've been dreaming of all things wedding again! 

Now, I must admit I was NOT one of those girls who had her entire wedding planned before she had met the one ... In fact, I did even have it planned after 4 years of being with Bryan knowing that HE was THE one! 

This was all really surprising for the people that know me all TOO well ... I'm a self-admitted Type A personality and OVER-planner! 

Once Bryan and I were engaged I started doing A LOT of research!
And now that I've been talking about and reflecting back on that time ... I've been 'researching' again ... And y'all if I could have a wedding {to B of course!} every year, I ABSOLUTELY would!
I loved every minute of planning and of course of the BIG day!
