Tuesday, April 5

rehearsal dinner.

Ready for more of mine & B's wedding story?
{warning: this post contains LOADS of pics!}

I must say ... looking at all these pictures is so much fun! I still can't believe this September it will be two years! time really does fly ...
Our rehearsal dinner was at one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte ... BonTerra. When it was originally built, it was a Methodist church ... so the architecture of the building is amazing. And seemed to fit right in with our wedding 'theme'
{everything from the rehearsal dinner to ceremony to reception were in gorgeous historic buildings and neighborhoods in Charlotte}

{outside of the restaurant}
{table setting and grooms cake}

We had lots of friends and family at the rehearsal dinner ...

Lots of speeches ...

And a lot of me and this guy ... :)

It was such a wonderful time ... And so special to be able to spend time with the most important people in our lives the night before our big day!

So now for all your married folks ... I want to know what your rehearsal dinner was like?
And for you single or soon to be marrieds ... What do you picture yours being?

Happy Tuesday Y'all!

IT's my first time stopping by your blog. I love what you have going on here. :) Your rehearsal dinner looked a lot like ours. More like a mini version of the reception!!! You two are such a gorgeous couple!

Aww love this! You look so so happy! We actually had ours at my husband's parent's house...all outside. We have food catered and an open bar. We watched a slide show and the boys had cigars! Pretty fun...thankfully the girls and I headed out early so I could give them their gifts and we could get out beauty rest! :)

Thank you so much for your sweet comment, Lauren! The last photo I featured is absolutely my favorite look, too. I'd love to have a wall like that in our home someday!

Your blog is just too cute for words -- I'll be visiting again!

What an awesome venue! We were married in Mexico so our rehearsal dinner was pizza and beer by the pool ;) Sometimes I wish I had done something bigger but I was sooo tired of planning at that point.
