Two posts ... One day ... {gasp}

I just HAD to share this recipe with y'all ... 

Originally this week {before I realized that TODAY was St. Patty's Day} I had planned to make Spaghetti with a Bolognese sauce ... 

Once I realized {yesterday, shhhh} that today we should celebrate all things Irish, I decided to switch it up ... 

Enter my intense need for a food I've never had ... Shepherd's Pie. 

{and of course the google search that came with it!}

So here's the recipe I used {and I added shredded cheddar to the top of mine}

 ... 

I haven't tasted it yet but man it looks GOOD! :)

So I must admit y'all I'm not Irish but I do LOVE any reason to celebrate! :) 

Tonight I'm cooking up some Shepards Pie, toasting with a few green beers and spending time with friends {and of course the hubs!}
